I followed the episodes 3 weeks in a row on France 2. A documentary of a rare quality, well done to all the team for the research work great. A wealth of information, new images, all made with a lot of sense, a good objectivity. Very good, and a réeel educational tool as early as 15 years (Some images may offend a few). You will sweat and you'll soon see the results... I love the exercises for the arms and those to the size, I didn't know them and they are very effective. The content is top, the metal box is a good idea, however despite of a good packaging, it arrived damaged at the level of a stop, nothing damatique but have a "stroke" of approximately 1. 5 cm on the front bottom of the box when it is a gift and it sucks a little... Then, the more he looked, the more he wanted to see ; the DVD he was obsessed with, I think, because of all of these images at such a pace! He would repeat the words, by singing the same : ah yes, from this point of view, it works!
