To my tastes this DVD quickly becomes boring.... I n the not-too-adhere to this court.... But it may appeal to d other!!!! Yes, it is a film about the arrival of the espagnolette in France and the idea of starting I was not too alléchée but some friends to me have advised to it. I finally liked, sometimes it made me laugh. Now the contrast between the woman frigid, pinch, bounded Lucchini (the middle-class white who's bored, what) and latches happy despite their living conditions, friendly and of course the cliché of absolute "proud" is a bit simple... I took my 3 kids to see this doc at the cinema. We have been conquered. This family of grizzly bears is mimi: mother, Sky is with its 2 cherubim, Amber and Scout. The big males Magnus and Chinook, do not see a good eye the arrival of these 2 young people. That adventure in a natural environment! The backgrounds are breathtaking, and the friendly atmosphere guarantees a quality show and the general public. My children of 6 years and 8 years, have loved to follow the journey of this 1st year of the life of a small grizzly bear. Yes, for me it is a great masterpiece!!! Stone.. She loves, me too, and then we pass good Sunday night together as father and daughter in front of a good drawing annimé. I recommend.. we can't really learn anything with it. However, it is difficult not to pause 1 or 2 minutes, when one is not accustomed to! In regards to the exercises, they are doable and you can feel the work in all of the body! The options easy/difficult are very well to see the improvement of our level it motivates! Excellent DVD to work all parts of the body but I will put 4 stars because it is difficult in the beginning to do the whole DVD without a break, as they say....
